What started as a small community effort quickly became something much bigger.

A group of three Halo community members came together with a simple goal: help players obtain the Shadowfrost skin who otherwise would not have had access to it. Through donations, coordination, and the generosity of 7 additional Spartans who were able to get codes themselves, we were able to put codes directly into the hands of Halo fans around the world.

Between July 31 and August 7, we successfully distributed Shadowfrost codes to 29 players.

Based on the pace we were maintaining and the resources committed by the group, we were on track to reach approximately 107 recipients. Unfortunately, on August 7, the code distribution was restricted to one code per person due to toxic individuals selling codes on various sites, significantly reducing the number of codes that could be acquired and shared through the giveaway effort.

A huge thank you to the 10 contributors who donated their time, effort, and resources to make this happen, as well as everyone who helped spread the word and supported the initiative. Twenty-nine players who otherwise may not have had access to the Shadowfrost skin are now able to enjoy it thanks to the dedication and generosity of this community.

While the campaign may not have reached the impact we projected, the spirit of the Halo community was on full display and that's a win in itself.
